AUDIOBOOKS
Because audiobooks are a digital download, no refunds will be given. If there is an issue with the quality of the file, Eden Finley will give you an uncorrupted version. Audiobooks must be downloaded to the Bookfunnel app for it to work.

 

SIGNED PAPERBACKS
Due to each paperback being personalized for the buyer, no refunds will be issued and paperbacks are non-returnable. If your paperback is damaged upon arrival, please email edenfinley @ gmail.com.

If you do not choose the 'signature required' option on shipping and your package goes missing, no refunds will be issued.
